Flexible Guard Fencing is a 1800mm polymer zoning separator that divides a facility into defined areas — people on one side, materials and equipment on the other. Where goods are stacked high or stored in volume, the fence creates an independent isolation line that keeps personnel out of the load zone and stops stray movement from crossing into walkways. The frame is molded from imported high-molecular polymer in yellow and black, so it flexes under impact instead of bending like a steel post, while the mesh board is welded from Q235 steel and finished with a spray-molded coating. Sections run from 600mm to 1537mm with customized sizes, so a zoning line can follow columns, racking and building geometry.

Assembly & Installation

Fence sections are positioned along the boundary being created and fixed to the concrete floor with inverted-cone chemical anchor bolts — no welding, cutting or on-site painting, so the area can stay operational during installation. Because the system is modular, runs can be extended, shortened or re-routed when storage zones, racking or production cells are rearranged, and sections can be re-used in a new layout. The polymer frame and coated mesh need no repainting, and the fence can be wiped or washed down as part of normal cleaning.
