The Flexible Heavy Duty Bollard is the largest post in our polymer range: a Φ180 body supplied in heights of 600mm, 750mm, 1000mm, 1200mm and 1500mm. It is built for locations where traffic is heavy and a missed turn is expensive — truck yards, dock approaches, gate posts, busy forklift routes and outdoor storage areas. The taller 1200mm and 1500mm options keep the post in a driver's line of sight so the boundary is seen before contact, while the molded polymer body absorbs a knock and springs back instead of bending like a steel tube. Exposed metal is powder coated and each anchor bolt closes with an SS304 cap nut, so the bollard stays rust-free in yards, cold stores and wash-down areas.

Assembly & Installation

Each bollard is located on the site plan, fixed to the concrete floor with an inverted-cone chemical anchor bolt and closed with an SS304 cap nut — no excavation, welding or on-site painting. Because posts are supplied individually, a heavy-traffic route can be protected in stages, and posts can be added or repositioned later as gates, dock lanes or storage areas change. The polymer body needs no repair after vehicle contact, and the powder-coated base keeps its finish in outdoor yards and areas that are washed down.
