The LW Barrier High Guardrail is an 1800mm polymer guardrail designed as a standard traffic safety barrier for factories, warehouses and logistics sites. It sets a tall, high-visibility line along internal driveways and around machines, racking and storage areas, keeping vehicles and pedestrians in their own routes. What sets it apart is how it handles a collision: the deformable polymer absorbs the impact energy instead of passing it into the floor anchors, so the barrier does not tear out of the ground and the slab stays intact, avoiding the floor repairs and downtime a rigid barrier causes. The rounded polymer forms also mean the forklift or pallet truck is not scratched or dented. Guardrail body:

• A special polymer developed from imported polymer plastic, deformable under load and highly effective at absorbing impact energy; it has strong weather and chemical resistance and does not easily age or corrode.

Base:

• Metal, rubber and other materials combined in one assembly, with the metal parts electrophoretically treated and tested to 72 hours of neutral salt spray without rust.

Ground connection:

• Inverted-cone chemical anchor bolts with dacromet coating resist 1,000 hours of neutral salt spray, fixing the guardrail securely while the polymer body keeps impact energy away from the anchors.

Assembly & Installation

Each section is positioned along the route being protected and anchored to the concrete floor with inverted-cone chemical anchor bolts — no welding, cutting or on-site painting. Because the system is modular and accepts angles and door sections, a guardrail line can be routed around columns, turn through corners and break at doorways or gates without bespoke fabrication, and customized lengths fill any remaining gap. Installation can proceed area by area while the facility keeps running, and runs can be extended or re-routed if traffic flow or layout changes.
